Kate Hudson smiled and showed off her red nails to the photographers outside the Waverly Inn in NYC last night. She probably wouldn't have looked so happy if she knew that there would be drama at her apartment today. Three men were arrested after a woman spotted them holding rifles on Kate's rooftop. Luckily the guns were fake and the guys claim they were just shooting a movie, but it still must have been a scary scene for Kate to come home to.
